Step 1 - Contact Customer Service and Submit Account Information

The customer's bank information has been bundled in the opening of the account, you need to provide the customer service account information to facilitate the withdrawal of funds, the information to be provided, including the account number, name, and the amount of funds withdrawn, and so on. The information to be provided includes account number, name, and withdrawal amount, etc. If the customer needs to change the information of the receiving bank, he/she should fill in the application form for changing the information separately, and withdraw the money only after the review of TCI.

Step 2 - Accepts withdrawal requests and confirms withdrawal of information money.

The designated currency for spot precious metals trading account is USD, after you apply for withdrawal, TSCI will convert the relevant currencies into USD according to the exchange rate of the day, and the customer service will confirm to you the actual amount of money in your account after conversion.

Step 3 - Remittance

TCI will remit the funds to your nominated bank account according to the withdrawal amount provided by the customer.

TIPS：

1. If the withdrawal is less than $50, we will deduct $5 from the withdrawal amount as a service fee.

2. If the funded amount is not used for investment transactions, we will charge 10% of the funded amount as a transfer fee.
